Internal’s method of Pilates harmonizes the control and precision of Pilates with the power of strength training.

At Internal, we mindfully build strength from the center out using the Pilates reformer, weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Classes at Internal offer a fun and challenging style of movement that will leave you feeling centered, grounded, and empowered.

**If you are new to Pilates and don’t have experience with the Pilates reformer it is recommended you book a private session or take the beginner class

Private and Semi Private Sessions

Private and semi private sessions are offered to those looking for a more personalized experience addressing specific and individualized needs. A private session is offered as a single one on one. A semi private session allows for instruction for a group of 2-5 people. These types of sessions are perfect for those who are new to Pilates, are recovering from an injury, are pre/post natal, or would like individualized instruction with more privacy.
